Exploration is easy with Mount Shasta, Mossbrae Falls, Burney Falls, and Mount Lassen all within 80 miles. Owner has a casita on the property if anything is needed (I am more than happy to use my DoorDash to have your meals delivered). There is Starlink internet service and the solar panel array is being installed.
